Dear Sir/Madam:
In accordance with 10 CFR §71.38, Orano Federal Services LLC (Orano FS) submits this application for renewal of Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 9184 for the model PAS-1 transportation package [1]. Revision 12 of the PAS-1 CoC expires on July 31, 2024. There have been no changes to the CoC or the Safety Analysis Report for the Model PAS-1 Package and no changes have been made to the three manufactured packagings. Orano FS has a quality assurance program, approved by the NRC, which satisfies the provisions of Part 71, Subpart H Quality Assurance [2].
