JOINT STATUS REPORT Pursuant to the Commissions February 21, 2024 Order, Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (Constellation) and NRG South Texas LP and its parent companies (NRG) (Constellation and NRG, the Applicants), and the City of San Antonio, Texas acting by and through the City Public Service Board of San Antonio (CPS Energy) and the City of Austin, Texas, d/b/a Austin Energy (Austin) (CPS Energy and Austin, the Petitioners), provide the following report on the status of their efforts to finalize a settlement agreement.
Applicants and the Petitioners continue to work toward finalizing definitive settlement documents and obtaining all necessary approvals to execute those documents. The settlement agreement, if approved and executed, will result in the Petitioners withdrawing their pending motion and petition.
