Thank you for your December 20, 2023 letter (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML24024A158) in response to the Notice of Nonconformance (NON) and Unresolved Item (URI) that were discussed in the subject U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection report (IR). We have reviewed your letter and found it to be responsive to the NON and to the URI documented in IR 99902116/2023-201.
