Pre-submittal Meeting NEI 03-12, Revision 8 Public Meeting to Discuss Updates to the Nuclear Energy Institutes (NEI) Security Plan Template April 3, 2024 (Webinar)
Opening Remarks The purpose of this meeting is to discuss updates to NEI 03-12, Security Plan Template. During the meeting, the NEI will share their rationale for updating NEI 03-12, provide a high-level summary of its changes, and discuss documents created to facilitate an efficient NRC staff review.
This is an Observation Meeting. Attendees will have an opportunity to observe the NRC performing its regulatory function or discussing regulatory issues and will have an opportunity to ask questions of the NRC staff or make comments about the issues discussed following the business portion of the meeting; however, the NRC is not actively soliciting comments towards regulatory decisions at this meeting.
