Thanks again for your interest in participating on the Cobalt Magnet 25 Panel Exploring the Advantages of a Collaborative Full-Scale Exercise Engagement at the upcoming RIC. Were excited to have you representing DOE.

Please send your presentation file in PowerPoint format by January 30th, 2024. Recall the key takeaways we discussed in our meeting below and please keep technical information high level to be digested by a wider audience. Please feel free to discuss any other topics also related to CM25. You will have approximately 20 minutes for your presentation.

a. Background of organizational role in nuclear emergency response and recovery
b. Your organizations exercise Objectives for CM25 (what you hope to get out of it)
i. Possible gaps in current response and recovery procedures
c. Opportunities to practice unique/rarely exercised response and recovery capabilities that are only possible in a full-scale exercise like CM25.
d. Highlight Collaborative interactions with other U.S Government entities, international partners, and non-government organizations.
e. Discuss the expected benefits to your organization and to the whole of the nuclear emergency preparedness and response enterprise.

If you plan to include any videos in your presentation, please send videos in.mp4 format with accompanying captions in.vtt format.

Note: This panel session is currently scheduled for Thursday March 14th at 8:30am. Please see the attached tentative agenda for more information.
