Enclosed is an application, XSOU8863, received by the US. Nuclear Regulatory Commission on March 1, 2024, from TN Americas LLC, for the export of 1,247,658 kilograms of uranium hexafluoride (UF6), to Germany, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom for enrichment and ultimate use as fuel in nuclear power reactors in the EURATOM community.
Assurances from EURATOM and the United Kingdom that the material will be subject to all the terms and conditions of their respective agreements for civil nuclear cooperation are required.
Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurances will be appreciated.
