As requested in your October 2, 2023, memorandum transmitting your analysis of our update to the Status of Recommendations: Independent Evaluation of NRCs Implementation of the Federal Information Security Modernization Act of 2014 for Fiscal Year 2019 (OIG-20-A-06),
enclosed is an update on the status of the recommendations. The Office of the Chief Information Officer suggests that recommendations 2d, 2e, 2f, and 4 be closed.
