Dear Ms. Jones:
January 5, 2024, via email to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), you requested to withdraw Curtiss-Wright Corporation export license application XCOM1347, for the export of steam generator nozzle dams, as well as reactor and steam generator maintenance tooling and equipment, to the Changjiang Nuclear Power Plant, in China. Therefore, XCOM1347 is returned without action, and the NRC will no longer take any action(s) related to this request.
