February 29, 2024, via email to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), you requested to withdraw Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Corporation dba Enertecs export license amendment application XCOM1310/02, for the export of nuclear reactor components to be used at Unit 3 of the Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant in China. Therefore, XCOM1310/02 is returned without action, and the NRC will no longer take any action(s) related to this request.
