The OECD requests the non-exclusive right, on a royalty-free basis, to:

To reproduce, publish, distribute and sell the Written Material in a medium tentatively titled Nuclear Innovation and Newly Emerging Disruptive Technologies, and in all subsequent editions of Nuclear Innovation and Newly Emerging Disruptive Technologies, in print and electronic form, in all languages published by the OECD or its licensees throughout the world To i) make selections, abridgments, re-editions, reprints, translations or adaptations of the Written Material, including the right to modify the title of the Written Material (the Adaptations),

and to ii) reproduce, publish, distribute, sell and to otherwise use such Adaptations under the same terms.

To authorise or sublicense others to exercise any or all of the above rights.

IN SIGNING THIS FORM:

You agree to grant the above Requested Rights to the OECD; You guarantee that you are the owner of the copyright in the Written Material and/or that you are duly authorised to grant the Requested Rights to the OECD;

Page 2 of 2 You guarantee that the grant of the Requested Rights to the OECD will in no way give rise to a violation of any existing copyright or a breach of any existing rights.

You guarantee that you have obtained all of the necessary permissions for use in the Written Material of image(s) of recognisable individual(s), and/or of any content belonging to third parties (ex. text passages, figures, data), including the permission to grant the Requested Rights to the OECD; You guarantee that the Written Material has not been and will not be published prior to the initial publication by the OECD; You will ensure that the title of the original OECD publication in which the Written Material is published is mentioned in any subsequent publication of the Written Material.

The OECD is an international organisation whose activities are non-profit. In light of this status, we kindly request your consideration in waiving any applicable fee for granting the above Requested Rights to the OECD.
