Withdrawal of Recommended Modifications to the NIST Confirmatory Order Request Ref: NBSR Facility License TR-5, Docket 50-184
Dear Sir or Madam:
On February 22, 2024, we submitted a request to modify the NIST Confirmatory Order (CO) for a relaxation in conducting the second Independent Nuclear Safety Culture Assessment. As NIST has now received a budget for FY2024, such a relaxation is no longer necessary, and we are therefore withdrawing our request.
