This letter refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection oversight activities conducted from January 1 to December 31, 2023, for the American Centrifuge Plant in Piketon, Ohio. Inspection Report Number 2023-006 was used as a mechanism to allow the NRC to document direct fee billable hours associated with the routine communications that were conducted as part of the NRCs inspection oversight for the American Centrifuge Plant and other associated Centrus facilities. The specific cost activity code associated with this is FB-FF-Routine Inspection Related Communications.
