Meeting Summary:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff conducted the meeting in accordance with NRC Management Directive 3.5, Attendance at NRC Staff-Sponsored Meetings (ML21180A271). The staff discussed with Oklo the outline for their upcoming licensing approach report for a fuel recycling facility.
In the open portion of the meeting, Oklo discussed the background on its fuel recycling facility and purpose of the licensing approach report (ML23341A193).
At the end of the open portion of the meeting, members of the public were invited to provide comments or ask the NRC staff questions pertaining to the scope of the meeting. No comments or questions were received from the public.
