To conduct an alternative dispute resolution mediation session regarding an apparent violation associated with a contractor (Mistras Services) that deliberately submitted information to NRC licensees that was known to be inaccurate. The apparent violation is documented in the NRC Letter, NRC Office of Investigation Report 1-2002-003; and Apparent Violation, dated December 7, 2024 (Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML23340A106).
