©2024 Nuclear Energy Institute Industry appreciates the open and transparent dialogue with the NRC staff throughout the three public workshops The workshop discussions were critical to help identify key technical issues and potential paths forward that pertain to revising RG 1.183 R1 The workshops should aid the NRC development of clear, predictable, and durable guidance in RG 1.183 R2 that can be readily implemented to support the widespread adoption of ATF/LEU+/HBU fuels Industry looks forward to continued engagement on the methodologies and approaches that could provide additional realism to these hypothetical conservative models in the next RG revision Closing Remarks
