BWXT Nuclear Operations Group-Lynchburg, Inc. (BWXT NOG-L), forwards the enclosed 2023 Fitness For Duty Program Annual Report. The 2023 Fitness For Duty Program Annual Report includes information as required by Title 10 part 26.717 Fitness For Duty Program Data.
The enclosed report includes the random testing rate, drugs for which testing is conducted and cutoff levels, populations tested, number of tests administered and results of those test sorted by population tested, conditions under which the tests were performed, substances identified, number of subversion attempts, special analyses testing results, and summary of management actions.
