A copy of the 2013 Investigation report for La Palangana (reference 2 in the CRR)
A copy of the email from Muhammadali on this inspection November 2023 (reference 3 I the CRR)
A copy of the UEC/STMV Renewal Application dated Nove 15, 2022 (reference 5 of the CRR).
Fortunately, I was able to find the documentation I needed for the license termination of L01234 in ADAMS, so I just need to review these to finish up. Thanks so much.
