February 15, 2024, via email to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), you requested to withdraw Materion Advanced Materials export license application XSOU8857, for the export of 20.5 kilograms of thorium fluoride to be used at the Zhejiang Reci Laser Technology Co. Ltd.
for non-nuclear end use in China, to be returned without action.
