In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 21.21 (a)(2), the Tennessee Valley Authority is submitting this final update to the Referenced report for Sequoyah Nuclear Plant (SQN).

The Interim Report informed NRC that an evaluation was ongoing as a result of a test failure of an ammeter, Crompton Instruments Type 077, 0-150A, 077-05FA-LSPZ-C6. The TVA evaluation has concluded that the application of this component would not have resulted in a substantial safety hazard or violate a license technical specifications safety limit. Accordingly, this investigation is now considered closed.
