ACTION: (OUO-PROP) NuScale SDAA Chapter 17 (Sections 17.1 - 17.3, 17.5, 17.6) SE with no Open Items
Attached is the subject safety evaluation (SE) for NuScales proprietary information verification. The SE is encrypted (PW to follow). The NRC staff has not identified any proprietary information in the SE. Please note, the attached SE is NOT part of the final safety evaluation report (FSER), which is a product in Phase D of the review and issued after being reconciled with the final SDAA revision.
Please inform us by COB Friday, February 23, 2024, if there is any proprietary information.
