OF CLOSED PRE-SUBMITTAL MEETING FOR WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC COMPANY TOPICAL REPORT TRITON11 REFERENCE FUEL ASSEMBLY DESIGN (PROPRIETARY/NON-PROPRIETARY)
On January 25, 2024, a closed pre-submittal virtual meeting was held between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff and Westinghouse Electric Company (Westinghouse) representatives. The purpose of the meeting was for Westinghouse representatives to present proprietary information related to the future submittal of Westinghouse topical report (TR)
TRITON11 Reference Fuel Assembly Design. In the beginning of the presentation the Westinghouse representatives provided an overview of the approach for the TR. The Westinghouse representatives continued the presentation with details on TRITON11 fuel design, description of ADOPTTM fuel, plans for submittal, methodology, and fuel rod design.
The Westinghouse presentation slides are available in NRC Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) under Package Accession No. ML24026A271. The meeting was noticed on January 9, 2024, and is available in ADAMS under Accession No. ML24009A201. The list of attendees is enclosed.
