On behalf of the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP), I am informing you that we have posted an electronic version of Connecticuts draft application for an Agreement to the file sharing account provided by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). The draft application includes the individual components required by SA-700 NRC Handbook for Processing an Agreement of June 17, 2022.
I understand that the review of our draft application will take significant time and effort, and I look forward to working with your staff to craft the final application that will meet all of the requirements for the Agreement. We are working toward a final Agreement by July 1, 2025.
