ASSIGNMENT OF PROJECT NUMBER FOR DUKE ENERGY BELEWS CREEK EARLY SITE PERMIT
Dear Mr. Grzeck:
On January 30, 2024, Duke Energy requested a project number for Belews Creek Site (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML24030A481).
On January 31, 2024, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) established a project number for the Duke Energy Belews Creek Early Site Permit. Project No.: 99902121.
The NRC staff will begin to charge fees in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 170, Fees for Facilities, Materials, Import and Export Licenses, and Other Regulatory Services Under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as Amended, for the licensing and review of this application and any preapplication activities.
