February 7-8, 2024, the Committee considered the following regulatory guides. No response to this memorandum is requested.

- 1. Regulatory Guide (RG) 4.7, revision 4, General Site Suitability Criteria for Nuclear Power Stations (ML23324A005, Non-public). The Committee does not request a briefing on this topic.
- 2. Draft Regulatory Guide (DG)-1423 (proposed revision 7 to RG 1.101), Emergency Response Planning and Preparedness for Nuclear Power Reactors (ML24019A195, Non-public). The Committee does not request a briefing on this topic but requests an opportunity to review after public comments are resolved and prior to issuance of the final guide.
