My deepest apologies. I sent the request to another licensing manager. With a /2/, I

wasinformed I was at the wrong plant.

With my schedule as a week in, week out, Im not sure where Im at some days. Hoping

with few days off for Thanksgiving, it will help me better center my current location and

where Im heading next, River Bend.

95001 inspection at River Bend Station, currently scheduled to occur the week of January

15, 2024.

By design, this supplemental inspection includes the use of Inspection Procedure (IP)

95001, to assess the causal evaluations, conducted based on the White EP finding

(EA-23-071), provide assurance the causes of the issues have been identified, understood,

andthat the plan for corrective action involves prompt and effective steps to preclude

repetition.Details of the requested materials are included in the attachment to this e-mail.

As noted inthe attached, if possible, please make the requested materials available to the

inspectors inelectronic format using the online document portal of the stations choice, by

December 26,2024. If you are unable to complete the request by this date, please contact

me at thephone number or email listed below to discuss alternative options.
