STAFF REQUIREMENTS - BRIEFING ON NRC INTERNATIONAL ACTIVITIES (PUBLIC MEETING)
On January 23, 2024, the Commission was briefed by a panel including an external participant and NRC staff members on selected recent accomplishments under each of the five objectives of the NRCs International Strategy 2021-2025, as well as associated upcoming priorities.
The external participant was Justin Friedman, Senior Advisor for Commercial Competitiveness in Nuclear Energy, International Security and Non-proliferation Bureau, U.S. Department of State.
The meeting, which was held in the Commissioners Hearing Room, One White Flint North, Rockville, Maryland at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, was open to members of the public attending in person and via webcast.
The Commission identified no requirements for staff action.
