STATUS OF RECOMMENDATIONS: INDEPENDENT EVALUATION OF THE NRCS IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FEDERAL INFORMATION SECURITY MODERNIZATION ACT OF 2014 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021 (OIG-22-A-04)
This memorandum responds to your memorandum dated November 6, 2023, transmitting your analysis of our update to the Independent Evaluation of the NRCs Implementation of the Federal Information Security Modernization Act of 2014 for Fiscal Year 2021 (OIG-22-A-04):
Status of Recommendations. Enclosed are our updated responses to the recommendations.
Based on your analysis, recommendations 1, 5, 10, and 15 are complete and have been removed from the status list. The Office of the Chief Information Officer suggests that recommendations 2, 3, 4, 12, and 13 be closed.
