By letter dated June 23, 2023 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML23178A109), ARC Clean Technology (ARC) submitted for the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staffs review a white paper (WP) entitled Spent Fuel Storage Inside the Reactor Vessel, Revision 0.0. The WP describes ARCs approach for storing spent fuel in the reactor vessel for the ARC-100 facility. The NRC staff was asked to perform a review and provide written feedback and observations on the WP. The NRC staffs feedback and observations are provided in the enclosure to this letter.
