Grade 11 is based on the OPM Special Salary Rate Table 0422 for Engineers (Electrical/Electronic/Nuclear) Worldwide.
Grade 12 is based on a 4.7% across the board adjustment to the 2023 rate. Grades 13 and 14 are extrapolated from the Table No. 1 - General Grade Salary Schedule.
Employees paid from this schedule receive full locality adjustments for the appropriate locality pay area.
Refer to Table No. 9-A for nationwide locations where locality adjustments are less than 21.5% (21.0% above base pay plus 0.5% average locality percentage increase for 2024).
