This license is amended to add enCore Energy as a U.S. Party(ies) to the Export.
The licensee is authorized to export a cumulative total of 12,000,000 kilograms of natural uranium in the form of uranium ore concentrate (U3O8). The uranium authorized for export is to be returned to the United States. Canada must obtain U.S. approval before the material is re-transferred.
The license amendment XSOU8798/10 is superseded upon the issuance of NRC license XSOU8798/11.
All prior conditions remain the same.
