DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY MEMO APPOINTING THE DIRECTOR, DIVISION OF FACILITIES AND SECURITY AS THE AGENCY REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE DHS, ISC IN ACCORDANCE WITH E.O. 14111 I hereby designate the Director, Division of Facilities and Security, Office of Administration, as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions Senior Agency Official with the responsibilities specified in Executive Order 14111, Interagency Security Committee, dated November 27, 2023.
Exercise of this delegated authority shall comply with all requirements of law, executive orders, regulations, policy and procedures, including clearances, approvals, and notification requirements.
This delegation is effective immediately and shall remain in effect until superseded. A copy of this re-delegation will be filed with the Executive Director for Operations, the Secretary of the Commission, the General Counsel, and the Chief Human Capital Officer.
The Director, Division of Facilities and Security, Office of Administration, may not re-delegate the authority delegated herein.
