SMR, LLC Regulatory Engagement Plan, Revision 7 (Project No. 99902049)
SMR, LLC is submitting a quarterly revision to the previously submitted SMR Regulatory Engagement Plan (REP), Revision 6, in ML23270B183.
As stated in our previous REP revision submittals, this REP will be a living document that is updated and expanded as plans evolve to support future licensing actions and regulatory decisions associated with the SMR design. SMR, LLC will maintain this REP and any changes to the REP will be discussed and communicated with the NRC staff.
