December 6-7, 2023, the Committee considered the following regulatory guides. No response to this memorandum is requested.

Regulatory Guide (RG) 1.73, Revision 2 (Draft Guide (DG)-1386), Qualification of Safety-Related Actuators in Production and Utilization Facilities (ML23276B429). The Committee does not request a briefing on this topic.

DG-1422 (proposed revision 1 to RG 1.245), Preparing Probabilistic Fracture Mechanics Submittals (ML23291A298 - Non-Public). The Committee does not request a briefing on this topic but requests an opportunity to review after public comments are resolved and prior to issuance of the final guide.
