Enclosed is an application, XSNM3839, accepted by the US. Nuclear Regulatory Commission on December 11, 2023, from TN Americas, LLC, for the export of 100.5 kg of uranium containing 20.04 kg of uranium-235, enriched up to 19.95%, in the form of metal pieces. The fuel is for the nuclear research reactor at McMaster University located in Ontario, Canada.
Assurances from EURATOM and Canada that the material will be subject to all the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation are required. Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurances will be appreciated.
