Singh Technology Campus, 1 Holtec Blvd., Camden, NJ 08104 Telephone (856) 797-0900 Fax (856) 797-0909 Fleming In the above referenced letter, Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC (HDI), on behalf of Holtec Palisades, LLC (Holtec Palisades), requested U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission review and approval of a proposed amendment to revise the Palisades Nuclear Plant (PNP)
Renewed Facility Operating License (RFOL) No. DPR-20. The proposed license amendment would revise the PNP RFOL to remove the Cyber Security Plan requirements contained in License Condition 2.E. to support decommissioning of PNP.
Since submittal of the subject license amendment request (LAR) HDI has been pursuing a project to restart PNP where the Cyber Security Plan requirements will be applicable. Hence, HDI is withdrawing the LAR submitted in the above referenced letter.
This letter contains no new commitments and no revised regulatory commitments.
