Jenny, I am sorry for taking so long to finally get back with you. At this time, it appears that we will have to discontinue our pursuit of the NRC part 70 license. We will not be submitting an application inn the near future. I am aware that if we were to decide to resume this application we wold need to contact and start the process again.

Sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. I do appreciate your assistance and patience through the process.

I wish you the very best.

Thank you Curt Cannon Perma-Fix Northwest VP/ General Manager 509-375-7052

RE: SNM license??? STATUS PLS :)

Good morning gentlemen!

I hope yall are well. Do we have any updates on a potential Part 70 application being submitted to NRC for review? Perhaps an updated letter of intent?

Please let me know if you have questions or would like to discuss.

Thanks!

-Jenny

[External_Sender] SNM license???

My apologies.

Following my notification to both of you about the SNM license application being a dead issue, our customer contacted us and stated that the person who informed me did not have the authority and was wrong. They are telling us that they want us to proceed with a new proposal for the license application process. I really am not sure what his means but will ask you to hold steady while I try to sort through this.
