Pay.Gov Guide
Step 1. First navigate to the Pay.gov website
Step 2. Select See All Agencies

2 Step 3. Select N from the Alphabetical Letters

Step 4. Select Nuclear Regulatory Commission
4 Step 5. Click Continue
5 Step 6. Click Continue to the Form
6 Step 7. Fill in Form
- Company Name (as written on your license)
- Name of the Cardholder
- Address
- Telephone
- License or Docket Number (docket number, license number, reciprocity or the mail control number)
- Email Address
- Total Amount of the transaction
7 Step 8 & 9. Continue filling in form on Purpose of Payment and select the type of invoice to be paid (i.e. New Application (this is what the licensee will choose to pay new application fees). Click Continue.

Step 10 & 11. Click which option you plan to pay by Bank Account (ACH), Amazon Account, PayPal Account, or Debit or Credit Card. Click Next.

11 Step 12. Enter Account, Bank, or Card Information
Step 13. Click Review and Submit Payment
