Thank you for your July 7, 2023 and October 31, 2023 letters (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession (ADAMS) No.: ML23212A951 and ML23325A039) in response to the Notice of Violation (NOV) (ADAMS Accession No. ML23263B150) and Notice of Nonconformance (NON) that were discussed in the subject U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection report (IR) (ADAMS Accession No. ML23151A458).
