SAFETY EVALUATION REPORT Docket No. 71-9314 Model No. 976 Series Package Certificate of Compliance No. 9314 Revision 11 GENERAL EVALUATION By application dated July 11, 2023 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML23194A095) QSA Global requested amendment and renewal of Certificate of Compliance (CoC or the certificate) No. 9314, for the Model No. 976 Series package.

Minimal changes and corrections have been made to the safety analysis report, the staff reviewed these changes and identified no changes to the packages ability to meet the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 71.

CONDITIONS The following changes have been made to the certificate:

Condition No. 3(b), Title and Identification of Report or Application, was revised to reflect a new application date as a result of this being an application that includes a consolidated revision 10 of the safety analysis report.

Condition No. 5(a)(2), Packaging Description, was revised in multiple places to clarify information. The wording was revised to more appropriately align with the details specified in the approved package drawings referenced in section 5(a)(3).

Condition No. 8 has been edited to specify the termination date of the previous revision of the certificate, revision 10.

Condition No. 9 has been revised to reflect a new expiration date of July 31, 2029.

The application date for this amendment was added to the REFERENCES section.

CONCLUSION Based on the statements and representations in the application and the conditions listed above, the staff concludes that the Model No. 976 Series package design has been adequately described and evaluated, and that the changes do not affect the ability of the package to meet the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71.

Issued with Certificate of Compliance No. 9314, Revision No. 11.
