By letter dated May 5, 2023 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS)
Accession No. ML23125A328), TerraPower, LLC (TerraPower) submitted a white paper titled Natrium Human Factors Engineering Concept of Operations, Revision 0, for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staffs review. This white paper describes the ways in which users interact with human-system interfaces and with one another to monitor, control, and maintain TerraPowers Natrium reactor facility. The NRC staff was asked to perform a review of this paper and provide feedback. The NRC staff has completed its review of the submittal. The enclosure of this letter provides the NRC staffs feedback and observations on the white paper.
