SUMMARY
By letter dated October 27, 2023, (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML23300A084), TN Americas LLC requested renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 9255 for the Model No. NUHOMS MP187 package. TN Americas LLC did not request any changes to the package design, or operating procedures, acceptance tests and maintenance program of the package. The Quality Assurance Program Approval for Radioactive Material Package No. 0250, Revision No. 22, was issued by U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on December 13, 2016 (ML16348A130). The certificate has been renewed for an additional 5-year period.
EVALUATION By letter dated October 27, 2023 (ML23300A084), TN Americas LLC requested renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 9255 for the Model No. NUHOMS MP187 package. TN Americas LLC did not request any changes to the package design, or operating procedures, acceptance tests and maintenance program of the package. The NRC staff reviewed the package application dated August 4, 2003 (ML032680987), as supplemented on September 16, 2008 (ML082630575), July 26, 2013 (ML13212A205), January 27, 2014 (ML14030A373), November 18, 2016 (ML16327A011), and October 10, 2018 (ML18285A451), in support of the renewal request and determined that the documentation was available and complete.
CONDITIONS The following changes have been made to the certificate of compliance:
Item No. 3.a was revised to include the new address of the certificate holder, TN Americas LLC.
Condition No. 11 was revised to authorize use of Revision 14 until November 30, 2024.
Condition No. 12 of the certificate reflects the new expiration date of November 30, 2028.

CONCLUSION The certificate has been renewed for a 5-year term. These changes do not affect the ability of the package to meet the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR)
