Upon receiving your request, we tasked the Office of the Chief Information Officer's Digitization, Processing and Records Branch to locate the four requested records in NRC's official record-keeping repository, Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). After receiving the records, we tasked Region IV (RIV) to provide their disclosure recommendations for each of the records. The records have now been made publicly available in the Publicly Available Records System (PARS) Library within ADAMS. The accession numbers for each of the records appears below. Please note that, due to their age, and the scanning equipment available to the agency, these records are the best copies available.
