LES-23-143-NRC Request for Interim Authority to Operate ETC USA Stand Alone Classified Computers In Reference 1, Louisiana Energy Services, LLC, also dba Urenco USA (UUSA), and Enrichment Technology USA (ETC USA), submitted request to move from Interim Authority to Test (IATT) to Interim Authority to Operate (IATO) the ETC USA classified stand alone computers in the Centrifuge Assembly Building (CAB). As supplement to this request, the Plan of Actions and Milestones for ETC USA is enclosed.
