Dear Ms. Helton:
In accordance with 10 CFR 72.248, Holtec International herewith submits the periodic (biennial) update of the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) for the HI-STAR 100 Dry Spent Fuel Storage System.
This letter certifies that no changes have been made to the HI-STAR 100 FSAR since the submittal of Revision 5 to the NRC on October 22, 2021 [2]. Therefore, no additional FSAR revision is submitted.
