The license is amended to: 1) increase the quantity of material from 109.5 kilograms (kgs) of uranium (U), containing 21.85 kgs of U-235 enriched up to 19.95%, to a new cumulative total of 216.0 kgs of U, containing 43.09 kgs of U-235 enriched up to 19.95%; 2) extend the expiration date from October 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025; and 3) make minor corrections to names and addresses of the Intermediate Consignees.

The license authorizes to export a new cumulative total of 216.0 kgs of U, containing 43.09 kgs of U-235 enriched up to 19.95%, in the form of unalloyed broken metal.

Neither this license nor any right under this license shall be assigned or otherwise transferred in violation of the provisions of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974.

This license is subject to the right of recapture or control by Section 108 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and to all the other provisions of said Acts, now or hereafter in effect and to all valid rules and regulations of the NRC.
