D 43.5 I'm completely missing how this question meets the K/A. In the event the MSR TCVs did not close from the control room, the contingency action in OP-902-000 is to direct the turbine building watch to isolate the MSRs by locally closing the air operated TCVs. This is a verbal report required to be given to the NAO in the field. This report does not provide the information on how to isolate the MSRs. This report can be made more concise and be more accurate by directing the NAO to isolate the MSRs by isolating the air and opening the petcocks to all 5 and 10 TCVs.

This direction is given in OI-038-000 as indicated in the references provided. I think this question meets the K/A. Discuss operating instruction expectations as it pertains to providing verbal reports.Revised, Q now S 95 H

C 43.2 Why is BAM spelled out in A and B, but not C and D? Why is it desirable to have both train BAM pumps powered from train A and both gravity feed valves powered by train B power? Spelled out BAM in C and D. It is still two different ways to emergency borate powered by different trains.
