Purpose:
The purpose of this meeting is for the NRC staff to discuss its preliminary observations with X-energy pertaining to the control room operator qualification programs draft licensing topical report. These preliminary observations were identified as a result of the NRC staff's readiness assessment described in the associated readiness assessment plan (ML23244A222).
