Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc. (NFS), hereby submits NFS Site Security Physical Protection Plan, Revision 025.A (24X-23-0014), Effective September, 08 2023. NFS revised plan to update established boundaries for the west side of the OCA using the CSX access roadway, the definition of critical group as it pertains to the HRP Program, and includes an alternative security measure to identify a comparable alternative to 10 CFR 73.46 (d)(9). The changes are being transmitted as 10 CFR 70.32(e) changes which do not lessen the effectiveness of the security program.

Documents transmitted contain National Security Information. When separated from enclosures, this transmittal document is Unclassified.
