The following security advisory (SA) is not publicly available because it is designated Official Use OnlySecurity -Related Information, which is exempt from public disclosure in accordance with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRCs) sensitive unclassified non-safeguards information (SUNSI) handling requirements:
SA 202 3-08, National Special Security Event for the Asia -Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit
The NRC issued SA 202 3-08 on November 03, 2023, to all affected licensees (both NRC and Agreement State licensees) that possess, use, ship, or receive risk-significant radioactive materials, including radioactive materials equal to or exceeding the transportation quantities of concern, in the San Francisco, California, area. Note that the SA contains security information and is, therefore, being withheld from public disclosure in accordance with NRC SUNSI handling requirements.
