Delay to the Issuance of the Hematite Part II Amendment for Westinghouse CFFF Date: Friday, September 29, 2023 10:22:00 PM Good evening Steve, As we discussed earlier this week at our biweekly, the license amendment for Part II of the Hematite has been delayed by a few weeks. Our goal is to get this issued to you mid-October and no later than 10/31. We still estimate the use of the same number of hours for our review.
